Privacy policy

• Account: your name, email and a hashed password. Guests have no email; a random identifier is used instead.
• Profile: resumes you upload, your work history, skills, education and certifications, the details you confirm, your job preferences, and optionally salary expectations and work-authorization status.
• Activity: matches, gap decisions, lessons and quiz scores, applications, documents we generate for you, referral requests, answers you give to application questions, practice and interview sessions.
• Auto-Apply (only if you turn it on): your consent and its date, each application attempt, the answers submitted, and a screenshot of the employer's confirmation page as a receipt.
• Voice and video (only when you use them): transcripts of voice stories and interviews, and video screens you choose to record for a referral.

To match you to roles, explain the score, find skill gaps, generate tailored resumes and cover letters, run lessons, practice and mock interviews, route referral requests, and, when you ask us to, fill and submit job applications.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

The language models that read your resume, draft documents and run interviews are hosted on our own hardware. Your data is not sent to third-party AI providers. Generated documents may only state facts from the record you confirmed; every one is checked before you can download it.

• Referrers (employees or vendors you ask for a referral) see your name, headline, roles, matched skills, skill gaps, match score and any note or video you choose to send. They never see your contact details, salary or work authorization.
• Employers see what you, or Auto-Apply on your behalf, submit to them through their own application site.
• Practice partners see your first name and the role you are practising for.
• Our administrators can see operational data (for example, whether an application attempt succeeded) to run the service.

Resumes, contact details, salary, work authorization, answers, generated documents and receipts are encrypted at rest. Connections use HTTPS. Access to the servers is restricted.

Data is stored on servers we operate in the United States. Nightly backups are kept for 14 days. If you delete your data, it disappears from the live service immediately and from backups when they expire. Guest sessions unused for 30 days are deleted automatically.

• Export everything we hold about you as a file: Profile → Your data → Download my data.
• Erase your data but keep your account, or close your account entirely, from the same place.
• Correct your profile at any time. Nothing is generated from details you haven't confirmed.
• Withdraw Auto-Apply consent by switching it off. It takes effect before the next submission.
