These terms govern your use of NextGig, operated by Antscorp. By using NextGig you agree to them.
Your account
You must be 16 or older. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You may browse as a guest; some features need an account.
Truthful information
You agree that the information you confirm in your profile is accurate. NextGig generates documents only from what you confirm, and you remain responsible for everything submitted in your name, including what you approve for Auto-Apply.
Auto-Apply
- Auto-Apply is off until you turn it on and agree in the consent screen. You can pause or switch it off at any time.
- It only uses your confirmed profile, your saved answers and answers you give. Legal agreements, work-authorization and other sensitive questions are always put to you first.
- It never bypasses employers' security checks such as CAPTCHAs. When one appears, you finish the application yourself.
- An application is only marked as submitted when the employer's site confirms it. We can't guarantee any employer will receive, review or respond to an application.
Referrals
Referrers act on their own behalf and under their employer's or client's policies. NextGig routes requests but does not guarantee a referral, an interview or a bonus. Referral bonuses, where offered, are paid by the employer or vendor under their own terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse NextGig: no false information, no impersonation, no scraping or automated access beyond the product's own features, no attempts to break its security, and no harassment of referrers, practice partners or other users.
Learning content, scores and AI output
Match scores, gap analysis, lessons, quiz results, interview feedback and generated text are guidance, not guarantees. Review documents before you use them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep NextGig available but don't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features and will update these terms when we do; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
Ending your use
You can close your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
NextGig is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Antscorp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
